Curate Your Mude Influencer Event:

BACKGROUND:

Mude is a functional brewed beverage made from all-natural, plant-based ingredients. The product line includes Work, Play, Chill, and Sleep, tapping into growing consumer demand to support immunity and enhanced mood. The Irish-based carbon-neutral company hired Fly Forward Agency to create and execute a unique eco-friendly immersive influencer event to launch in the United States. Fly Forward was hired to create an experience to drive strong word of mouth /awareness and conversation about Mude beverage as the new brand launches in the US, generating output from media & influencers & capturing content (photos & video)

EXECUTION

  1. Create a curated, unique Covid-friendly experience to introduce Mude products to select influencers, media & potential accounts showcasing the brand’s healthy, active lifestyle & eco-conscious, sustainability mission.

  2. Showcase the Mude portfolio of products in an inviting environment to intrigue guests to want to learn more & excite them to share their experience with the brand and products on owned social channels.

  3. Design and execute an eco-friendly experience that showcases Mude’s commitment to sustainability and a healthy plant-based lifestyle.

  4. Create Invitation: Inspired by Mude’s tagline “Powered by people, plants, and purpose”

    - Create an invite box to include an invitation printed with soy ink on seed paper, a recycled cork flower pot, an organic soil disc, and a Mude engraved bamboo plant label all packed in an eco-friendly box with recycled filler. The invite box includes all the elements needed for guests to plant their wildflower seed paper invitation with zero waste.

  5. Scout and select a venue that is on brand:

    • The selected venue is a historical industrial building that has been transformed into a beautiful venue filled with endless greenery and photo spots.

  6. Curate a three-course plant-based menu that delivers both taste and presentation.

  7. Create custom branding with eco-friendly materials to showcase Mude’s personality along with the different functional products (Sleep, Play, and Chill).

  8. Finish the night with a local singer to perform for guests as they enjoy dessert and sip on their after dinner drink.

  9. Create a unique takeaway gift to showcase the functionality of Sleep product

    • The Sleep gift includes a can of Sleep, an organic silk sleep mask, organic skin care products in a natural fiber gift bag.

RESULTS

  • A diverse mix of relevant/on-brand attendees: 20 Central Florida micro guests with a combined total of 276,000 Instagram followers

  • 20% increase in week-over-week engagement on the @mudedrinks Instagram handle

  • Due to the success of Curate Your Mude in Orlando Mude has plans to execute this concept in additional target cities in 2021-2022
